We’ve just come back from a two-day training session with one of our fantastic customers in Amsterdam. If I tell you how many times we heard the phrases below during the first day we were together, you'd be stunned:

I've never thought PowerPoint could do that.

No, they’re not the problem. From what we've seen over the last eight years, 99% of businesspeople (that includes you) have never spent additional time improving their PowerPoint skills. And why bother? You've been creating your slides successfully for so many years now, right?
