Microsoft technical certifications are big
Organizations out there are really looking out for seeing you having those because they truly prove your competencies and experience with a specific platform. Compared to before when they were all multiple options type of tests, now it’s different.
This new virtual world is different
Unless you ask your attendees to turn on the camera and you monitor for their reactions, let’s say on a separate screen, you have no clue how engaged your audience is compared to if you were there in person and the audience was in front of you. That’s why you should get a second monitor. Get even a USB monitor and ease yourself this way.
Get your moderator
If you are going to be presenting in front of 10 or more people, bring in a friend to help you out with the reactions of the audience. If you are not able to get someone, ask someone from the call to assist. However, if you are delivering a training absolutely have someone from your team playing this role because now you cannot make someone from the attendees who paid for the experience to be distracted by helping you moderate the environment.
