Many of you are probably presenting to global audiences.

Let this mail serve as a reminder that every country and its people are different. Thus, it is our task to do our best and adapt our way of communicating to them. How to get better?

2. Kiss, bow or shake hands by Terry Morrison and Wayne A. Conway - don't read. Buy it and use it as a reference guide. For example, I am travelling to Spain for a full week of training next week with one of our tech clients. Tonight, before going to sleep, pages 469 - 476 are my thing. This is the section on Spain. I will quickly go through them to remind myself the most important things I need to know.
