Have you noticed that sometimes when you create a new text box in your slide deck, PowerPoint creates it with a different font than the one you have already used for the other text fields? It can be quite frustrating especially if you are doing a ton of edits and they all involve adding some text boxes. Here is a quick and simple trick that will allow you to define how each text box should look like and how it should be formatted.

When you go to a slide that has the text box that you want use as your default(let’s call it this way), right click on it and just say “Set as Default Text Box”. Once you do that you have defined how every text box should look like and what font type it must has.

OK, so what are you still waiting for? Try it out and let us know what you think in the comments!
