Mistake: Using 3D charts or effects…
Why is this a problem: When 3D charts are used they can be misleading for the audience (especially pie charts). What’s more, they are not as simple as the “normal” charts to understand. As for the 3D effects being applied to text or Smart Art – please don’t. They just add distraction and your goal is to make your slides as simple as possible.
Solution: Never ever use 3D whatever 🙂 in PowerPoint.
