Train The Trainer at SoftUni (Mistake 45 of 50): Weird Animations

If you have a few lines of text in your presentation, please at least animate them and show them as you start speaking about each of them. Now another one of my favorites!

Mistake: Using ridiculous PowerPoint animations! 

Why is this a problem: Those crazy animations do not add value to your message! What’s more, they distract your audience from you. Again – just because Microsoft is allowing you to use them, does not mean you have to.

Solution: Don’t use animations like Bounce, Swivel, Grow & Turn and similar! As a rule of thumb, start by using Fade animation whenever you need to use animation at all.
