In the previous one we talked how a what real professionalism means when we talk about demo preparation and delivery. It’s an important post if you want to become a trainer, so please go ahead and read it. Next on the list is a mistake that the people who are new in the training world always make.
Mistake: Writing code live.
Why is this a problem: First reason – because you will never be able to right the code correctly from the first try. Second reason – you are losing your and your audience’s time. Third reason – it’s really annoying to watch a person typing code, correcting it, typing again, correcting it and then, yeah, you guessed it – typing again.
Solution: Prepare your code in advance and document it well! Better use the type in which you were going to type to actually explain the code thoroughly.
