During a recent customer training, we worked with two companies and two very different teams.
During one of the training sessions, someone in the group commented on a slide that featured a table of data:
"But I’m used to seeing data in a table format—that’s easier for me. I live in Excel."
“That’s great,” I replied. “However, let’s remind ourselves: Who are we doing this presentation for?”
