You probably heard about the Pareto principle. Let's take the 80/20 idea and use it in the context of becoming a better presenter.

Here's how it goes. This is the ask I have for everyone we work with.

The time you spend in learning to become better in your work. Let's split that time 80/20.

80% - improving your domain knowledge and expertise.

20% - communication & presentation skills.

That's it. Not more. Just 20% of the time you dedicate to learning and getting better version of yourself.

It's not a big ask, is it?
