We are a presentation agency. We don’t do anything else but presentations. We create them, we train teams on them, and we host the largest conference in the world—Present to Succeed—focused entirely on presentations. Founded in 2015, we have spent the last decade transforming the lives of individuals and entire organisations. Yes, sometimes a single presentation can do that. Here's what we need help with.‍

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced graphic and motion designer who will work on many of our most critical projects - both inside the agency and for our event - Present to Succeed. However, this person will also play the leading role of growing our design team as well. This means that we are on the look for someone who's not just great at what they do, but they also love communicating and helping others. We are a company that has extremely high standards when it comes to design, so the expectations towards this role will be very high, but if that sounds like a challenge you want to accept, continue reading, please.

What are the responsibilities of this role?

1. Play the leading role in our company's most ambitious design projects
2. Help set the direction for the other projects the team is working on
3. Provide feedback and help iterate on design projects
4. Develop and work on a plan and strategy to grow our creative team
5. Collaborate with everyone inside of the company and with the teams at the other agencies we hire

What do we expect you to bring?

1. 5+ years of preferably agency experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director
2. Experience in managing a creative team
3. Experience in motion design and presentation design
4. Pixel-perfect eye for details and sense of aesthetic
5. Ability to transform complex business language into effective visual concepts
6. Unending desire to learn and constantly push the limits of your work
7. Excellent in communicating and providing feedback
8. Proficiency in both written and spoken English

What will be considered a huge plus?

1. Experience in working with 3D
2. Experience with web platforms like Webflow and Wix Studio
3. Experience working in the creative agency space
4. Video editing skills
5. A passion for effective communication and topics like storytelling, presentation tools, and public speaking
