Close everything unnecessary

I see so many presenters going on stage and presenting with dozens of applications opened and hundreds of tabs loaded in their browser.

Why? Why do you keep these when you're not using them for your talk?

Close them.

Ensure all the attention goes to you and whatever you're showing to your audience. Don't add unnecessary distractions.
