Preparing without having time?

From a one-day training session with a group of directors who frequently present to senior executives.

Biggest problem they have? Time. Surprised?

They’re already overloaded, and they’ve been told that nothing will change—if anything, their workload will only increase. Company culture - not going to change, either.

So, how do you then prepare for these executive presentations?
