Generate massive amount of leads

When you're a fast-growing scaleup, every moment counts. AMPECO, the leading EV charging software platform, decided to make a big move by becoming a platinum sponsor for the first time. And not just any event—they chose to invest in ICNC, the premier European EV charging event. As part of this partnership, AMPECO was given the spotlight to deliver the opening keynote and host an exclusive 2-hour masterclass. They were determined to make both moments count.

Process

We collaborated with AMPECO’s CEO Orlin Radev and Stefan Ivanov, their CRO, to craft the keynote and masterclass presentations. This wasn’t our first rodeo with Orlin and his team; we were behind their Series A deck, which helped secure a €13M investment. But this time, the challenge was to create two standout presentations to maximise their event ROI and cement AMPECO's reputation as a leader in the EV charging space.

Storytelling

Before any slides were designed, we focused entirely on the story of both decks. Using a simple Google Doc, everyone contributed, edited, and collaborated. Regular sync meetings with Orlin and Stefan helped us hit major milestones. Once the narrative was locked, we moved on to the design phase.

Step 2

Design selection

AMPECO’s brand is something we’re quite familiar with. Again - it was us that worked on their Series A deck that ended up in a €13M investment. We knew the brand but as every time - we wanted to push the design to new heights. This time, this was done with the help of not just beautifully-design graphics, but also with the help of video and motion effects that we custom-built for the occasion.

Step 3

Animation

Our design team saw opportunities to bring certain messages to life through animation. Since PowerPoint’s native capabilities weren’t enough, we used Adobe After Effects to create videos, which we seamlessly integrated into the presentations for a more dynamic experience.

Step 4

Final touches

There were changes that we were discussing and implementing till the day before the event. What’s more, some of the photos we needed for the presentation were sent to us the night before Orlin took the stage. Why? Because they were taken as he was driving towards Berlin. But that’s not all. We had to collaborate with the AV team at the venue as not only we rented our pro headset to Orlin to use but we were also the only company who wanted to take over the whole screen at the hall where the keynote was.

The results

In the EV industry, deals take time. AMPECO's platinum sponsorship at ICNC, combined with the impact of these two presentations, was pivotal in solidifying their position as a top EV-charging software platform provider. This visibility sparked interest from numerous companies and, more importantly, opened doors to two major prospects—each with a potential six-figure contract. But that's not all - in the end, the presentation also served as yet another testament that AMPECO is ready for the next step and shortly after this they closed a Series B round.

When we started preparing for our Series A funding we knew we can’t compromise on anything related to the investment deck. That’s why we reached out to 356labs. It’s rare to see someone who is outside of a company immerse and care that much for a project.
